Last updated: August 11, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Empire Portal ("Empire," "we," "us"), our marketplace, learning platform, entertainment services, and business tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services. These Terms apply to all customers, clients, learners, viewers, and visitors.
2. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to transact on Empire. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it current.
3. Marketplace & Purchases
Empire operates a marketplace that connects customers with vendors and businesses. When you purchase a product or service:
- Orders are subject to vendor acceptance and product availability.
- Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported and may include applicable taxes at checkout.
- Sale contracts for physical and digital goods are formed between you and the responsible vendor; Empire facilitates the transaction, payment processing, and dispute resolution.
- You agree to pay all amounts owed and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
4. Orders, Returns & Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition, unless marked non-returnable. Digital products, courses, and services are generally non-refundable once accessed or consumed. Refund eligibility, where applicable, follows the vendor's published return policy and our dispute resolution process. To request a refund, contact support through your order history.
5. Learning & Entertainment Content
Courses, videos, and other content on Empire University and Play Zone are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or publicly display licensed content. Empire Points and rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated and may be earned or revoked based on activity and these Terms.
6. Acceptable Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use Empire for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
- Infringe the intellectual property or privacy of others.
- Manipulate ratings, reviews, prices, or the points system.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt our services or infrastructure.
- Post false, misleading, or harmful content in reviews or messages.
7. Reviews & Ratings
Reviews must reflect genuine purchasing or service experiences. We may remove reviews that violate these Terms or applicable law, and we may suspend accounts that engage in review manipulation.
8. Disclaimers
Empire services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of vendor listings, pricing, or content. Vendor-provided goods and services carry their own warranties where required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Empire and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any claim arising from a vendor's product or conduct. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the transaction giving rise to the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration, and you waive the right to participate in a class action. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Empire is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the app or by email; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
